Comments: Pet fees/pet rent DO NOT cover damages caused by pets. You are responsible to properly dispose of pet waste; pet waste areas are designated onsite. $50 fine per violation occurrence. Pets must be on a leash when outside & are restricted from common areas. Pets must be spayed/neutered. Current vaccinations & licenses required & provided to management.

Restrictions: No exotic pets.

Dogs

Allowed

Restrictions: Any Malamute, any Mastiff, any Bull Terrier, or any wolf dog breeds, Akita, Husky, Bully Kutta, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Pit Bull, restricted breed hybrids or any breed with traits geared towards aggression. We can restrict any breed according to our judgement.
